To wake up at 630 in the morning and get the feeling “Go run now”, I call this a “Run Call”.
It happened to me a couple of times, a quite strange call.
It’s like your brain is begging to take your body now for a run.
All you have to do is answer the call and your body and mind will thank you for it.
